Solo Contracts was founded in 2006; we are Construction Services Group that undertakes Contract measured works and supplies high calibre trades & labour to an impressive array of clients in multiple sectors in Ireland and the UK.

We have over twenty years experience and take pride in our standards of quality workmanship and the reputation that this has given us. We have the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Certificate of Employers Commitment. Our workforce will be 100% certified in line with the Main Contractors Group target. Solo Contracts work force are already certified by the CSCS.. Safety is a top priority. We always provide Method statements, Risk assessments and COSHH details at a pre start meeting before any works can begin We have successfully completed contracts which include projects for the HMP & MOD and hold various security clearance passes throughout our workforce for working in the aviation sector.
Labour Supply
Where there’s little time for formal tender, or you've been let down by a Contractor Solo Contracts Trades & Labour can be supplied at short notice. Our foremen ensure that they will work as hard as if they were on a price. Being a sister company to a construction and shop fitting company, we understand your work & our industry; we work in partnership, offering informed opinions on resourcing to meet your program and can give technical input if required. No hassle with using Recruitment agencies with in experienced consultants who do not understand your business sector.
Brickwork/Blockworks
Solo Contracts Brickwork Division was established in 2006 , supplying construction professionals for projects throughout the UK. Since starting out, our brickworks division has seen rapid growth and financial success, giving it the capacity to undertake major projects on a national basis. A strong management team and professionally qualified staff play a key part in the success of the company. They have enabled it to establish itself within the niche market of project/construction management.

Joinery
Solo Contracts joinery division was formed in 2006. Over the past year we have not only increased our contracts and the number of qualified joiners, but we have also considerably increased our turnover.
Solo Contracts now have in excess of 30 time-served joiners all cscs registered, covering contracts ranging from residential to retail to commercial throughout Ireland and with approximately 55 time served joiners working in the UK. On labour only and supply and fit joinery terms. We also have dedicated labourers, Site Foremen and Project Managers to aid the smooth running of our contracts.

Solo Contract joinery has the capacity to manage contracts ranging from £15,000 to £1.5 million. Solo Contracts provides the Main Contractor with a service that backed up by full management systems. We can adjust our service to suit those of the Main Contractor, and this will be carried out with efficiency and minimum disruption to the Main Contractor.

We are experienced in a variety of contracts and methods of procurement and are preferred subcontractors to some of the UK 's largest Main Contractors. We actively promote and embrace partnering with a pro-active approach to value engineering. Our hands-on approach by and managers ensures that contracts are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible. Our strengths lie in our access to an excellent direct labour force and in our sensible investment in plant. We have the capability to resource most operations in-house and the procurement structure to supplement our resources where necessary for more specialised operations.
A large proportion of our business stems from repeat enquiries by satisfied clients.
Formworks/Tunnelling Services
Solo Formworks has over 10 years experience in reinforced concrete frame and substructure contracting. We are capable of providing services to both large and small scale projects all over the UK. It undertakes all forms of concrete frame construction in all sectors including offices, residential developments, hotels, schools, shopping centres, hospitals and leisure facilities to name but a few.
We have a skilled and experienced workforce all of whom take pride in delivering on time and within budget. With a wealth of site experience in concrete frames, the company's site supervisors and , employees are trained and certified by the CITB CSCS scheme.
Solo formworks is continually expanding due to repeat works from existing clients. Our expertise includes the formation of segmental linings, in-situ and sprayed concrete linings, temporary supports, jacked pipe and box structures. With a wealth of experience in foundations and tunnels we deliver as a sun contractor every-time Our work in railways has included the formation of pedestrian access tunnels and the inspection and repair of existing brick tunnels. Solo Contracts works on a labour supply basis only with many of the main Formworks contractors in Europe.
Painting and Decorating
Solo Contracts Painting & Decorating division was launched in 2006 on the back of supplying painters and decorators on a labour only basis. Initially, our work centred around the domestic housing customer, taking care of all household painting, wallpapering. We have now firmly established ourselves within the corporate decoration sector, providing complete solutions for internal and external painting, furnishing, and styling of business premises and industrial units.
Our client base includes some of the major names in the construction business, and our superb track record of excellence forms the basis for a great future in this sector.
We provide all painting decorating services to our sister companies, Solo Fit Out and Solo Exclusive homes.
The demand for our services is growing - and we are happy to meet it. As we expand the business, our core values remain the same - to provide the same excellent quality of service to both our business and residential customers regardless of the size of job

Teleporters - we use our own teleporters in sites where material handling is restricted
